This is not your average roasted cauliflower recipe!

It is so simple to make yet so delectable.

Make it on any given day or save it for a FANCY dinner party.

Ingredients:

1 Head of cauliflower 

1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

1- Tablespoon Olive oil 

1 Tablespoon grated Parmesan Cheese

Salt and pepper to taste. 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven. 
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces, wash throughly and dry well. 
  3. Rinse and chop parsley. 
  4. Place cauliflower on roasting pan or aluminum an for easy clean up. 
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper. 
  6. Toss well 
  7. Roast for 30-35 minutes @400 degrees. 
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with  Parmesan cheese and parsley. 
  9. Eat up!
