I have been making this granola for many years now. My family loves it. Recently I found a store bought one that was pretty close to it, or  so I thought.. but they were not having it. They all prefer Mami’s granola. Hope you enjoy this wholesome delish granola too!

Homemade Granola

Preheat oven to 300°

Ingredients:

2 cups of raw rolled oats
1/2 a cup of sliced almonds
1/2 a cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of raw sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of shredded unsweetened coconut
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 large pinch of sea salt
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

Mix well together until all the coconut oil and maple syrup coat all the ingredients.

Spread it out on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 8-12 minutes (line with parchment paper for easy clean-up)

Start off with 8 minutes then add two minute increments until it’s crispy.

WARNING: Do not overcook
