ROASTED CAULIFLOWER

You are going to absolutely LOVE this recipe.

If you are used to steamed veggies this will be a party for your taste buds.

I have NEVER gone back to steamed veggies after roasting cauliflower for the first time.

Roasting brings out a wonderful flavor in veggies.

Bonus: you will be getting a healthy fat serving at the same time.

Ingredients:

*One fresh cauliflower head

*2 Tablespoons olive oil

*Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

•Wash and cut cauliflower (florets only) into bite size pieces

•Place them in an oven proof tray

•Sprinkle olive oil over cauliflower

•Sprinkle with salt and pepper

•Toss until it’s well coated with oil, salt, and pepper.

•Bake for 30 min. @375 degrees
